Treated a damp patch in the corner of the room but not sure if it’s improving. Should it change colour or feel any different as it dries?
Hi there, I am planning to have some building works performed on my property soon. What steps or/and applications may be needed should it run over or close to a sewer/drain? Are any specific approvals needed, might it depend on the case, and if so how would I know? Thank you for your time.
Does planning permission legislation in relation to having a garden paving installed apply to the entire UK? Or is it specific to different regions/some regions?

Can you recommend,a WiFi CCTV security camera system with night vision, remote viewing, motion sensors and alerts. Only need 1 or 2 cameras. I want to be able to access remotely without a subscription and also save both to a local SD card and to my home PC securely over WiFi.
What colour does larch cladding go after it's weathered?
Hi all, My old oven packed up over Christmas so I ordered a new one. The old oven was simply plugged into a socket on the wall. The new oven is 4030W and the existing hob 4050W, the existing hob is wired into the mains, both oven and existing hob are on the same CU circuit. I have been quoted £350 for a new cable 10mm cable into the CU (around 5m from the oven), installation of new switch and connecting the oven up. Does this sound about accurate? Thanks in advance!
The old silicone sealant was an absolute pain to remove before we put in new stuff last time. Can I skip that step and just apply a new layer over the old so it looks a bit fresher? Or do I really need to rip out the old stuff first?
