    Hi all, I am a landlord to several flats and I am interested in hiring cleaning services for the flats when tenants have left the flat. How much does it typically cost for a single flat to be cleaned at the end of a tenancy? Could there be any discounts for multiple flats that need cleaning? If rates are reasonable, I would consider having a more regular cleaning service to keep flats in good order.

    Hello, I have no lead flashing on my artificial slate roof, but have been told there are lead soakers. My local roofer says lead flashing isn’t a requirement for this roof type. Does anyone know if I should have lead flashing on my roof? I have some concern that some leaks on a ceiling-adjacent wall could be related to this, or perhaps the soakers aren’t effective enough.     Why is there no TV signal from the aerial port?

    Hi all A few months ago I had been redecorating my bathroom, which included repainting the ceiling. I had used Dulux’ bathroom specific paint – for better mould and moisture resistance. Since then, the paint has become flaky as small cracks are appearing – surely this is too soon for any noticeable wear? Is there any better suited paints for bathrooms ceilings? Or is there some way that the paint should be applied to be most effective?
