Will plumbers attend to fix a leaky tap?

If there’s a tap leaking at my home, would a company come out just to fix that?

"Yes, a tap has serviceable parts which can be replaced but more often that not a plumber would advise just replacing the whole tap. Depends on preference."

"Yeah corse they will, dosent matter how small or big the job is. A handy man can replace too but preferably a local plumber."

"Absolutely. You might find though that many 'Handyman' services would also do this for you."

"Yes might be repairable, if not would require new taps.
Would be advised by plumber"

"yes plumbers will come to fix it, but you trade men have standard rate they charge due to some fractures, such as cost of travelling, time and what they paid to get your job"

"Repairing leaks to plumbing systems is a major part of a plumbers job. Big or small it doesn't matter, but you need to keep in mind that most tradesmen have a basic rate which will be a minimum charge in all situations."
