Why does my boiler keep cutting out?

Is this a sign of a serious fault or something that can wait till after Christmas?

"It could depend on many factors, best course of action would be to get a gas registered engineer to look at it"

"There are few reasons, low pressure, trapped air, thermostatic fault, blocked"

"Good morning, there could be a couple of reasons why.

Have you checked the simple things like pressure?

If you are able to reset it and it comes back on then I suggests that it's not too severe and shouldn't cause any further damage but I would definitely get it checked over by a gas safe engineer"
