Why does my boiler fire up in the night

Why is this happening? The heating shouldn't be triggering as we turn it all the way down at night, so why can we hear it? This is a new combi boiler we've had installed, so wondering if it's a setting we need to adjust or if it's normal?

"Most boilers have a frost protection feature.
When the temperature drops (usually below 5°C the boiler automatically fires up briefly to prevent pipes from freezing.

Or if comfort mode or preheat setting is on, the boiler may fire up occasionally, even at night, to keep the internal water warm."
