Who to call for water leak in ceiling?

I think I've got a leak from upstairs and I don’t know who to call first. Do I need a plumber, roofer, or someone else?

"Hiya, if the leak is onto upstairs ceilings then I'd be looking at getting someone to inspect your roof. If it is on the downstairs ceiling or if there are water pipes in your loft then I would call a plumber."

"Through the roof, a roofer.
Through the ceiling, a plumber"

"It's depending upon where it is coming from. If it's only leak when raining then you need roofer but if it's leaking constantly then You need a plumber to call. I hope this helps"
