Who should I ask to do the brickwork inspection?

I have changed two courses DPC bricks. It’s a small project, who should I ask to do the brickwork inspection? I think the work may not be properly done.

"First you expect a decent job so what is important to you paying some one else to tell you the work isn't very good or ask the tradesman reasons he has left the work like it is ,?think logic you want the work correct the builder wants paying. Solicitors won't get the work done .trading standards could get the builder in serous trouble .but they won't get the work done fi d middle ground get builder back on side and agree the remedial work you both win at no extra cost to you"
