"A Deep Clean as will include all inside the kitchen cupboards, inside wardrobes if they are staying and all white goods and oven."

"When cleaning your flat at the end of a tenancy, it’s typically better to opt for a deep clean rather than a one-off clean. A deep clean is more thorough and comprehensive, ensuring that all areas of the flat are cleaned to a high standard. This is particularly important when preparing the flat for the next tenant or for a final inspection by the landlord or letting agency.

A deep clean typically includes tasks such as cleaning inside appliances, deep cleaning carpets and upholstery (if applicable), scrubbing tiles and grout, and thoroughly cleaning hard-to-reach areas such as behind appliances and inside cabinets and drawers.

By investing in a deep clean, you can help ensure that the flat is left in excellent condition, potentially minimizing any deductions from your security deposit and leaving a positive impression on the landlord or letting agency."

"It is alway best hire an end of tenancy specialist, as we follow the inventory checklist. Just ask for an end of tenancy clean. It may also be called a move out clean."

"A deep clean is a better option for service. You can also opt for an end of tenancy cleaning. The service should include skirting boards, interior windows and oven clean."

"You would be best going for a specialist End of Tenancy Company who offer a happiness guarantee, if the home is rented via an agent they will send an inventory manager / clerk to inspect the property and identify any missed bits in the clean or items the landlord / tenant are liable for.

If they feel the clean is not up to scratch they will list what they feel needs address and request you sort this or the agent will employ an additional cleaner and charge this off your deposit."

"The end of the rental relationship is better, because then only the furniture is in the apartment. This way, the cleaning can be done more thoroughly and faster.
In the case of deep cleaning, it is not certain that the deposit will be returned to the tenant. The landlord usually orders an "End of tenancy service" and deducts the paid amount from the reservation."

"I'd recommend a deep clean personally, it allows more time to be spent ensuring that the property is top notch for the new tenant and for hygiene especially in the bathrooms and kitchen areas."
