Commercial gutter cleaning cost?

I manage a small block of flats and the gutters have not been touched in years. How do firms usually price commercial gutter cleaning, per metre or per visit? Should I also get on a regular schedule with someone for this or just as and when we think it has been a while or we notice an issue?

For a small block of flats, gutter cleaning companies usually charge either a fixed price per visit or based on the length of the gutters. Since the gutters haven’t been cleaned for years, I’d get an initial deep clean and then put them on a regular schedule, probably twice a year (spring and autumn). That’s better than waiting until there’s an obvious problem.

Hi I should get a survey/ quote - and maybe have them done yearly - obviously, keeping them clean is key to stop damp getting into your Blocks - and keeping them maintained is a must
