What do cleaners charge for a deep clean?

We're moving out of a rented 2 bed flat and want it properly deep cleaned to get the deposit back. What do cleaning companies charge for that sort of job?

Thank you for your question. For a two-bedroom property, one bathroom, kitchen, reception, hall, stairs and landing, our price would start from £250.00. Unfortunately, cleaning isn't always straightforward: Points to consider are the size and condition of the property, the intricacy of the clean, the 'traffic'(children/pets) within the home, whether you want the oven/s and kitchen cupboards cleaned inside. All of these taken together have a bearing on the price.

It very muxh depends on the overall condition of the home.

Well there’s two ways . One the companies that give you guarantee and the other who don’t .

For companies without guarantee you are looking anywhere between £200-£270 .

Most companies will charge between £180 and £280 in the UK .This is usually priced accordingly after seeing how much work needs doing ,to get the property back to its original state .

We charge deep cleans from £180 - £280. seeing the property would help us give you a more accurate price.
If your needing any "white goods" cleaned as well this would be added onto the cost and if there is any carpets to be cleaned this would also be added on as well.
