"Good day to you

You would need a cctv look down the drain line to see if it was needed. If there is a need to have them cut out then call a drainage company."

"Hi Abdul, it's great to see a customer asking query's before booking engineers to site, to save you time and money.

Drainage systems can be a very a daunting thought when it comes to issues that may have recently occurred, or changes in the current flow of water. The reason being is that you never think about it until the issue has already occurred.

At Flush-Line we advise all of our customers that they should have there drainage systems checked and inspected annually, to ensure that they haven't got any stress fractures or issues that could unfold into a collapsed drain.

Therefore, the answer to your question is to have a cctv inspection or survey to create a detailed report of your drainage system, and outline any issues that we may come across and get sorted before they become an expensive problem in the very near future.

Kind Regards, Brett."
