What should be done with waste concrete and washout water?

We’ve finished a small pour and there’s still some wet concrete left in the mixer. I've been told this can't just be poured away, but then how do I deal with it?

"If you dont need it for stepping stones or something similar Iwould let it cure (harden) then break it up and take to the tip"

"Let it harden and break up, someone locally could use as hardcore and collect it."
