    Builders

What is the average waiting time to hire builders to construct a garage at the side of a property? Does this depend on the region in the country and any other factors? Thanks for your time.

    "Hi there

It really does vary. It can be true that a good builder will be booked for months in advance but this isn’t always the case. Most builders from time to time will have a slow period so don’t be surprised if a very good capable builder can get to you in a short timeframe

    Hope this helps
