Initial Clean of One-Bedroom Flat
I cannot recommend Mandy and her team highly enough. When I first saw the property, I was genuinely upset by the condition it had been left in by the previous tenant. It felt overwhelming, and I honestly wondered if it could ever feel like a home. Mandy and her team completely changed that. They did an absolutely outstanding job, cleaning every room to an exceptionally high standard. They even removed the marks and residue from the walls that I never thought would come off. Their attention to detail was amazing, and the transformation was beyond anything I expected. Mandy was professional, friendly and reliable from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time, worked incredibly hard and clearly took great pride in what they do. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care they took with every part of the flat really showed. Walking back into the flat after they had finished was an emotional moment because it no longer felt like the neglected property I had first seen. Instead, it felt clean, fresh and ready for me to start the next chapter of my life. Thank you, Mandy and your team, for your hard work, kindness and professionalism. I would recommend your services without hesitation to anyone looking for a cleaning company that genuinely goes above and beyond.
