Water tank removal

Can someone let me know the cost of removing a water tank from the airing cupboard outside the bathroom please. There is already a Combi boiler in the property. Also, I have been told that the Combi boiler which is fairly new, is housed in a bedroom cupboard, is this safe ? Would appreciate your help thank you.

"Assuming the tank/cylinder is redundant and has been drained down and disconnected it won’t take more than an hours labour to remove it.
The combi boiler is perfectly safe in a cupboard provided the cupboard has the appropriate ventilation."

"Hi, the cost for removing water tank is not expensive 120-250£, to get real cost for this job need to see a property and after you will get cost of it because all scenarios are different. And about the boiler in a bedroom, this is safe, but you should do boiler service every year to make sure what your boiler works fine. For this job, you can find any local Gas Engineer."

"£50 to remove tank plus approx £10 for cap ends.
A boiler is normally safe in a bedroom, providing it has been certified by a gas engineer."

"Your boiler is perfectly safe as it is a room sealed appliance.
Your tank if its plastic may need to be cut out, therefore, you're looking around £80."

"As long as the tank is no longer in use, removal shouldn’t take long a d should be pretty straightforward. Without actually seeing the work required I would estimate around £120 to remove the tank and cap any pipework as necessary.
Hope this helps"
