"Annual Service is must, missing a yearly service could potentially void the guarantee. Normal Wear and Tear does not cover by the guarantee."

"For a boiler warranty to be valid you MUST service the boiler every 12 months.
In absence of this you will not have any case."

"The Boiler would need to be Serviced Every year. Also some manufacturers offer different options for Boilers past the Guarantee."

"It depends on the fault, the boilers guarantee will only cover faulty parts due to normal wear and tear, if it’s down to water quality or lack of servicing then your guarantee won’t be covered, some manufactures will offer a fixed price repair if this is the case."

"Guarantees normally come in 2,5,7&10 years if your boiler is still with in its guarantee you should be able to call the manufacturer and ask them to fix it problem. Then it depends on the parts that are broken and the cause of the fault.
Call the manufacturer and explain the fault, most are good at call out times and repairs.

Fingers crossed your installer did a good job!"
