Can I put a toilet under my stairs? I have an electric meter under the stairs. There is an outside wall

Yes it canbe done,meter may need relocating or boxing etc.

So long as the meter is out of the way. May need a sparky to move this. Then a plumber to check for supply and waste pipes.

It could be possible if you can connect to a 4inch waste outside or have a saniflow installed. You would need to install a cold feed to the toilet as well.

It is certainly possible but would very much depend on being able to connect to your soil pipe and get water supplies to the space.

And has cover over it

yes, you can put a toilet under the stairs if you make a speaker at the counter so it doesn't affect it
