Under stairs cloakroom

Can I put a toilet under my stairs? I have an electric meter under the stairs. There is an outside wall

"Yes. Totally possible.
So long as the meter is out of the way. May need a sparky to move this. Then a plumber to check for supply and waste pipes."

"It could be possible if you can connect to a 4inch waste outside or have a saniflow installed. You would need to install a cold feed to the toilet as well."
