Can you fit a toilet waste underground through a dcp course into brickwork

"Below DPC should be ok. But core drill the hole.
Avoid making the hole at the corner of a wall."

"No you can't, only above or below, coring through a dcp will break the protection from damp"

"You should not drill through a wall in a way that would damage the Damp Proof Course."

"If you mean to exit the building foundation yes you can however building rehash state you must support the brickwork above with a lintel.
