"Yes, but you have to look at exactly what the floor is made of and what the sound insulation is, because we have made such floors in Birmingham at the railway station, sound-insulated, but with metals, and then stones are glued on them, maybe even tiles. Thank you, Nikolay"

"Yes you can although that said that movement from the bass may cause some movement or cracking of tiles , personally I would avoid or look at speaking to a tile provider and see what they suggest and if any back up can be offered on the tiles chosen ,as Said definitely not something I would tile and give a guarantee on"

"The main issue when tiling over acoustic flooring is the movement in the floor that can cause cracking in the tile grout and adhesive"

"It's possible of course, anyway If there is a high amount of movement in the floor, the tile adhesive/grout will crack and the tiled floor."

"Technically yes, however wouldnt recommend, The main issue when tiling over acoustic flooring is the movement in the floor that can cause cracking in the tile grout and adhesive. If there is a high amount of movement in the floor, the grout and adhesive will crack and the tiled floor will break up."
