How to get paint off tiles

There are paint splashes on our kitchen tiles from when the walls were decorated that has dried on. Is there a way to remove it without scratching the tile surface?

"Use nitromors or a heat gun with a sharp scraper. Depending on paint used i would say the safer option is to use nitromors."

"Use a Stanley blade to scrape paint .
But be careful not to injure yourself.
The blade can easily twist under pressure.
You can by a scraper with a Stanley blade fitted .
That will do the job ."

"Run a wet cloth over it and then scrape with a plastic scraper. For stubborn spots, try the steam from a kettle."
