Strange smell in gutters

There is a strange smelling excrement in my gutters. How can I safely remove this? Or should I ask a professional to come by and deal with it? I don’t mean because it’s disgusting but because I don’t know if it’s safe too as I’ve no idea what animal it has come from.

"Drains are responsible for the transportation of toxic waste through the septic system. The most common cause of clogged drains is sewage backup caused by items that shouldn’t have been poured or flushed. If not addressed, the clog can continue to decompose and produce an extremely foul smell in your home."

"The smell is most likely to be stagnant water, leaves moss etc, also some bird droppings"

"The plumbing vent, also known as a vent stack, helps regulate the air pressure in your plumbing system. Just as drain pipes remove water and waste from your home, the plumbing vent pipe – also known as a plumbing air vent – removes gas and odours. It also allows fresh air into the plumbing system to help water flow smoothly through the drain pipes. However, no water runs through the plumbing vent pipe. It is a vertical pipe attached to a drain line and runs through the roof of your home. The vent stack is the pipe leading to the main roof vent. It channels the exhaust gases to the vent and helps maintain proper atmospheric pressure in the waste system. The vent stack may have become blocked or damaged this is one of several possibilities that would need investigation."

"I advise cleaning the channels from debris and pouring a strong acid-based chemical available at most hardware stores to attack the hard areas."

"I don't really think that is required a specialist to clean them, however, I may be wrong.
In your case I will do this:

I will research on Google "smelling gutters", "what makes gutters smelly", "how to keep guttering smelling free" etc. To get some more information about problems, and simply learn about them.

As a bonus
You can check on YouTube "cleaning gutters guidance" or "how to clean gutters" I think they will have some sort of advice to help you"

"Hi Kamil, you should call a handyman to clean your gutter ( may he will need to disconnect the pipe from the gutter to locate dead animal)"
