Stitching anchors Cintec or Helifix

I've recently had a structural survey done on our house that we are in the process of buying. They have come back that there is "Vertical vee cracks in masonry panels at the corner of the property." They recommended introduction of stitching anchors, Cintec/Helifix, across the cracked sections of masonry. They have given us a rough estimate of between £7k-£10k for the work. Is that common estimation for that kind of work or am I being overcharged? I would also like to know how long this kind of work would take on a property? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would just like to know I'm paying the right amount for the work.

"Is a little bit too much, we do this kind of construction consolidation, and the time is depending the size of the cracks, but no more then 4-5 working days"

"That depends on how bad the cracks are also where they are but that does seem very excessive, you would be able to take down and rebuild a gable end for that amount. Hope this helps."

"In my opinion, that's a little steep for the work being done but then again it depends on the severity of the movement cracks which usually means the footings have begun to fail whereas it may be wise to look into the underpinning method or take down the effected area and add a new footing with rebars tied into the existing"
