What's causing the black staining on my render?

"If u are facing the road ,build up off carbon, leak from guttering, infused with algae, one would need to c to give final judgment."

"That is a fungacide in the algae growing in your tender and fungacidal cleaner/bleach will clean it"

"Black marks on render usually stars from algae which form from bird crap it can be removed with rendering cleaner soft wash and a pressure steam wash the black marks appear after 5 to 7 years after rendering more common on render that has not been painted but this may only happen on some properties on on all"

"Hard to tell without pictures but i would agree it will probably be a build up of carbon/ algie or guttering problem also depends on what is around the effected area."

"Its probably mould if inside or waterstaining from dripping or trickling water from dirty roof tiles or guttering .water that runs off of lead roofs or flatt roofs also shed dirty watet down walls .interior mould can be cleaned with bleach wich kills the spores .exterior keep gutters clean of debris and moss and make sure the dont leak"
