Soundproofing a flat

What sort of tradesperson do I need to soundproof my flat? Are there specialists who can do this?

"Depending on the regs, but aquatic mastic top bottom And underneath and on top, 15 mm plaster board one side then either 50 mm insulation or king span and close other side up with 15 mm plaster board. Maybe double plaster board both. Sides which also gives you fire protection and air tests."
