Sistering floor joists for increased load capacity

I would like to Sister floor joists on both sides to increase the load capacity of my upstairs floor

The area is 5m x 3m that needs doing.

How long would you expect this to take and what would be a rough estimate in cost? (Floor boards in tact and carpet would need to be re-laid on top.
