Shower replacement for Triton T300si Remote Pack

Question

I have a Triton T300si wired electric shower (8.5kw) whose remote pack has malfunctioned (the water is running cold). This model and parts are discontinued. Is anyone aware of any similar models (with a remote pack) that I could look at as a replacement and compatible with what I have now.  Thanks

Hello, that shower is no longer available/manufacture. You would need to replace new one. There’s no similar parts or brand with that type of shower unfortunately.

Probably best to get a new one. Its life. Things don't last forever. Newer models are better

Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct like-for-like replacement for the Triton T300si with a remote pack, as that setup has largely been phased out. Most modern electric showers now have the controls built into the unit rather than a separate remote pack.
Your best option would usually be to replace it with a standard 8.5kW electric shower (like the Triton T80 Easi Fit or Triton Amore), but this would mean removing or bypassing the existing remote pack and wiring directly to the new unit.
In some cases, you can reuse the existing cable and water supply if they’re in the right position, but the remote pack itself won’t be compatible with newer models. So it’s typically a straightforward swap, but not a like for like.

Your problem is quite common with Triton T300si: the “remote control package” (control board / can assembly) fails and you are left with only cold water. Unfortunately, for older models, the parts are really hard to find → the real solution is a complete replacement.
🔧 Important before choosing a replacement
To be compatible without major modifications, you need to follow:
Power (kW) → ideally 8.5 kW (so as not to change the cable or fuse)
Position of the inputs (water + cable)
Dimension (footprint) → to cover the old traces on the tiles
Type: electric shower (not mixer, not power shower)
Modern “fast-fit / easy-fit” models are made exactly for situations like yours.
