Roughcasting Garage

Roughly how much would it take to replace roughcasting on a typical Wimpey built garage from 1977 with a surface area or around 30 m2? Location near Aberdeen.

"It all depends what you want to replace the rough cast with. There's so many options of render these days and the price varies quite significantly depending on which product you choose. I charge roughly £20-£30 per m2 to remove render depending on how well the render is stuck to the wall. If you are going for sand and cement render to replace the old render I usually charge £50-£70 depending on the background.
Hope this helps"

"Hi Andrew,

You're looking at a two week job (weather depending). A rough estimate would be £3000, allowing for flexibility in regards to the materials used.

Hope this helps.
