Replacing a roof and gutters

Is it better to replace guttering or a roof first? My family and I are considering giving our home a revamp. So we’d need to consider which should be replaced first in this regard.

"You should replace your roof first because if you replace your guttering first it will get damaged when the roof is getting replaced"

"Hi heather you would be best getting the roof sorted first before changing the guttering, better to replace it afterwards"

"New guttering is normally part and parcel of a re-roof. The guttering goes up after the roof is fitted as the underfelt of tiles / slates dresses in to the gutter. Also, when the roof is being done it may be necessary to replace the fascias and soffits. Hope this helps."
