My carpets are in need of a deep clean. What type of cleaning machine should I buy and are there any brand in particular that you'd recommend?

"Hi, I would hire a rug doctor to clean your carpets, they are easy to use, fast & not expensive. You can hire them from most large supermarkets.
    E.g. Tesco/Morrisons
