"When fitting floor tiles you need to press firmly over the whole of the tile ensuring it is in place firmly and levelled up with the other tiles as you go leaving spacer gaps for your grout."

"No you don't need to give them too much pressure but you need to make sure that you have sufficient adhesive down so that the complete tile is in contact , hope this helps"

"The adhesive should be spread with a notched trowel and the tile should be spread on the back with adhesive as well, when fitting you should ensure the tile is pressed into the adhesive and levelled."

"Firstly the back of the tile is buttered then You need to either press down/rub tile into adhesive bed to ensure bonding appropriately."

"No just a gentle press brown is all you need just as long as all the corners meet other tiles"

"Make sure the adhesive has been applied with a large notch trowel and the tile has been “back buttered” with a thin spread layer of adhesive. Then press it down firmly but not too hard. Just until a little adhesive squeezes out from under it."

"We always put glue on the so-called comb. We lubricate the substrate and the plate. After laying the tile, gently move it from side to side to spread the glue over the entire surface of the tile."
