Plastering issues

Hello!
I have had my house plastered and I think some of the work is not great. Before I chat to them would love some feedback.

1) chunks of plaster have dried on my window frames and won’t come off.

2) there are ripples on the wall. Not everywhere but in places. If I run my hand over it’s not smooth in some places

3) there are many hairline cracks (maybe some a tiny bit deeper). I think this might be normal and given it’s an old house?

4) should they have plastered to the floor? They didn’t take some skirting boards off (even though I asked) and now we have taken them off. They have only gone to the edge of the current board not the floor.

5) they got plaster and blue grit all over my light switches

6) they have left little bits unplastered (e.g, where an old socket was).

I’m concerned as they are going to do my bathroom plastering and have already half fitted my tiles and suite and I’m worried it’ll get covered in plaster.

"I am sorry to hear this it seams you have had cowboys do your plastering , from the info you have given it is completely wrong and needs re-doing ,the skating boards should have been taken off and plastered to the ground , you need to make sure you do,not always take the lowest quote especially with plastering , you make sure the builder ie plaster is registered and can show you his trade card , I am happy to show you my trade card and my insurance, and show you work I have undertaken"

"I'm so sorry to hear what happened and I couldn't speak badly of anyone or judge anyone , I believe everyone tries to do the best even if it is never enough . But in this case I could only give my opinion for you and for all customers, Not to just look at the prices but to entrust the work to professional, reliable, responsible people, who use an adequate professional procedure and take good care of both the work and environment, working conditions and safety. Greetings !"

"You don't plaster to floor level. The ripples are down to bad troweling. With what you gave put I wouldn't let them do the bathroom. I would be happy to cheers dave"

"Hi it sounds like a rubbish job they have done, and not very clean either, if you have still got cracks in the walls and ceilings after they have skimmed they probably haven't put any scrim tape first, always ask to see traders work before you hire someone especially plasterer's."

"First of all they should have cleaned any plaster mess after the job was finished so there shouldn’t be any plaster on your window frames! The walls should all be a smooth finish, the reason for plasterers not plastering to the floor is because there shouldn’t really be any contact with the floor because this can cause rising damp, they don’t seem like the cleanest of plasterers"

"No do not let them do any more plastering in your house as any good plasterers would not have left the type of work you have described."

"Sounds like a lot of issues, I'd ask for them to be corrected before they went any further,"
