"Brexit has had no major impact on permitted development rights, however recent changes have been made that mean more building/development can take place without the need of planning permission. Namely, extensions: a lot of them can now be built, effectively, 3mx3mx3m (dependant on neighbouring properties etc)."

I would advise looking on YouTube at "permitted developments" as a starting point. *Swimming Pools are also a permitted development haha. Kind regards."
