If it’s washed correctly until the water runs clear it should last a good 6 months. You could also buy a roller saver which is a sleeve the roller will fit inside unwashed for up to 6 months but that’s only good if you’re using same colour over and over again. 

I generally change rollers every 4-6 months depending on usage

Depends if you are talking about the roller cage or the roller sleeve cages last quite a while if you look after them roller sleeves can last quite long as long as you clean them or keep them coverd with airtight bag over them normally a few weeks.

Depends on the quality of the roller really, cheap strollers you can use a few times, if you pay for a more quality roller they last longer plus they actually wash out easier,
