Overflow in loft tank

Question for any proper plumbers.

Daughters loft tank overflow occasionally runs.
I have replaced the ball valve & set it well below the overflow.

However we notice that every so often it still overflows.
I noticed it when i ran hot & cold in kitchen to clean a couple of rollers & today it happened when she ran a bath.

Any ideas? Some sort of back flow?
Its not all the time.

TIA for any ideas / answers.

"Looks like the valve needs adjusting lower to shut of before the water reaches the overflow level"

"You need a plumber to come and check over your gravity fed system. Is hot water cylinder overheating?"

"The hot water cylinder is passing it over. May need to check that. As over heating and sending the boiled water to the water tank. Complex situation there I’m afraid."

"Hi. The tank overflow valve might need to be
adjusted to slightly lower. would also suggest to
check your gravity fed system just in case
the hot water cylinder is overheating.
Get a proffessional to come in and take a look + advice.
Hope that helps."
