We're looking to get our small office professionally cleaned on a regular basis. What's a typical rate per square metre for commercial cleaning and what's usually included?

Just carpets there cleaned left feeling wet but drys out within 10 hours and left smelling amazing and cleaned to a high standard.

In my experience an office clean, per square metre is anywhere between £1.50 – £3.00 per m² for routine office cleaning. If you need higher-special cleaning, frequent sanitising, or difficult access/out-of-hours work it could go up to £3.00 – £5.00+ per m² .

Normally is per job, not per square meter. Same as houses. First it will be a deep clean, then regular cleaning become easier. My charge is £20/h.
