Non-Traditional Construction House

Hi, I've had a survey done on a property and it states, "The property appears to be of non-traditional construction. We suspect it may be a Swedish timber dwelling timber framed or possibly a Hawksley which is of concrete frame but with timber linings. Unfortunately, without destructive testing and significant further investigation, we cannot be conclusive with this respect."

What does this mean and is it a cause for concern? Thanks!
