Is it possible/feasible to have a cctv drain survey if you’re constructing a new property?

Are you installing new drainage? Or do you want to check the condition of the existing pipework.
If you're having new drainage installed then it shouldn't need checking unless you have doubts about it's installation being correct, then yes of course you can.

Hi Lauren , yes it's possible as we carry out CCTV surveys on existing drains where they would be building new flats or houses,  there should always be an existing drainage system, they might also have plans to install new manholes to connect onto existing or to create new drainage.

Yes totally I would advise a CCTV survey of drain before you partake in any building requirements to identify any issue in your drainage system

Yes it is we survey alot of drains before connection and before residents move in to check for builders silt etc
