Most durable type of kitchen cabinet

I'm considering getting my kitchen cabinets replaced next year. What is the most durable type of kitchen cabinet in terms of the material used?

Cabinets made from 18 mm laminated board with a 3 mm pvc edging and a solid 18 mm back are from experience the best . vulnerable places like the sink base unit need special attention Wren for instance do a metal top front rail to combat water dripping under the worktop , another good tip is to seal this cabinet around the sides and back where they join the bottom on the inside this will guard against any water ingress should you have a leak from the pipework"

"These days the cabinets are made by clipboards laminates. Solid wood also from specialist kitchen suppliers.
What the only difference in strength is only the quality of the build."

"Hickory is the most durable of the woods. You won't see nicks, cracks, or moisture damage on cabinets made from this hardwood. Hickory also has a decently wide color range"

"The most robust kitchen cabinets will not be available to sell in any of the most known trade places or publish places. The most robust and most durable cabinets would be birch ply and if natural wooden colour for the kitchen is not needed, then that birch ply can be laminated in any colour and edged the colour of the laminate. Obviously, these kitchen units will be about 3-4 times more expensive than the standard chipboard that is usually used to manufacture most kitchen units."
