Mixer tap leaking

My kitchen mixer tap is leaking where it swivels. It's not very old, so it shouldn't be a washer. What else could it be?

"It’s the seal where it swivels that has failed. If still in warranty contact supplier."

"More than likely it is the washer, could have been damaged during manufacturing"

"it will be the o ring where spout joins tap, it could be spout not pushed in far enough and grub screw not tightened, it could be that the o ring is just defective."

"It is an o ring at the base of the stem. Turn the stem fully ninety degrees and firmly pull upwards at same time the stem will come out and the o ring is there"

"It can only be the washer when washers go on mixer taps you need to replace the taps"

"If it’s leaking where it swivels it’ll be the o ring inside which has broken down. You can repair but often it isn’t worth it. I did mine three years ago but as someone has said already; sometimes easier and more economical to change them altogether.
