What's best to use on plasterboarded corners - plastic or metal beads?

There are two types of metal internal beads, skimming beads, and roughing beeads for solid plastering

"Use thin coat corner beads, these are metal, only use the plastic beads for out door work"

"As a plasterer I always use metal beads as they provide a more rigid and strong corner for interior use so I would only recommend plastering metal angle beads"
