Low water pressure

I am not getting any water flow through my bathtaps/ shower or toilet. Is this caused by the failure of my pump or might there be other reasons?

"Hi you shouldn’t really be feeding your vast touch sink toilet and a pump usually pumps are just for showers but if you are it is most likely the problem is downstairs okay?"

"If it’s a combi boiler the pressure in the boiler needs to be between 1 and 1 1/2 bar when the pressure builds up and working be at 2 bar"
