Has my plaster blown?

There are two long, bulging lines on my ceiling and it's starting to crack the paper. Does this mean the plaster has blown underneath?

"Yes unfortunately it dos spending j hi ow long the plaster has been on if new plaster it means that not enough pva has been put on before
If it’s of plaster it could be due to movement or heavy feet on floorboards"

"Sounds like you have had or are having a leak that is being soaked up by ceiling board and plaster. Is the ceiling below bathroom by any chance or below loft

"A simple way is to give it a light tap and if it sounds hollow to rest of plaster yes its blown"
