How often should Lombardy Poplar trees be pruned to keep their shape?

"Thank you for you question.the answer is early spring just before the end of march just before the sap starts to flow then I'd recommend once every 3-6 months depending on weather climate change ect if you require for us to pop out and give you a free quotation we're happy to come out and give you are best advice on the tree"
