Level tiled bathroom wall for vinyl paper

Hi - I want to vinyl paper my bathroom wall on top of the ceramic tiles. The tiles have big dips between the tiles (where the grout is the level is low). How would i best 'fill' the gaps in to have a smooth surface? Thanks so much

"Simple as polyfiller then use a sanding block to sand down flush to tiles."

"Personally I would take tiles off and then have the walls replastered, filling the grout lines with filler then sanding down will always show through the wallpaper. For a great finish to the wall paper you need it plastered"

"You may be better of having pvc aqua panels fitted over the tiles. This depends on how level the walls/tiles are. A suitable builder should be able to price this up."

"f you want to apply vinyl wallpaper over ceramic tiles with uneven surfaces due to dips between the tiles, it's important to create a smooth and level base for the wallpaper. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to fill the gaps and prepare the surface:

Clean the Tiles:

Start by cleaning the ceramic tiles thoroughly to remove any dirt, grease, or soap residue. Use a suitable tile cleaner and ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding.
Fill the Gaps:

Use a high-quality, flexible filler suitable for bathroom use to fill the gaps between the tiles. Ensure the filler is designed for use in wet areas. Apply the filler with a putty knife, pressing it into the gaps and smoothing the surface. Follow the product's instructions for drying times.
Sand the Filled Areas:

Once the filler is completely dry, use fine-grit sandpaper to smooth the filled areas. This will create a more even surface and help the wallpaper adhere better.
Prime the Surface:

Apply a primer to the entire tiled surface. A primer helps create a uniform surface and improves the adhesion of the wallpaper. Make sure to choose a primer suitable for both ceramic tiles and the type of wallpaper you plan to use."
