Are lean-to conservatories prone to leaking?

In my opinion, There are only 3 reasons for leaks to occur
I. Bad fitting/Installation
Ii. Low grade product
Iii. Possible flashing/existing substrate walling issues.

"if you buy a reputable system and hire the right tradesman then theoretically you should be leak free. In reality general ware and tare and slight movement over the years can cause an eventual leak, usually minor easy fix. i wouldnt say that they were "Prone to leaks"

"No they are probably the best to stop leaking cut the mortar bed out approx 1 brick above your roof and fit lead in the joint"
