This was not a major piece of work but Richard gave a quote for an hourly rate and his expectation of how long it would take. Also he had availability in the next few days so I knew the work would be completed soon. Richard was very thorough in fixing the problem with the door and very clean and tidy with all the sanding and shaving of wood that he had to do. He completed the work in the time he had estimated and to my complete satisfaction.

Very nice bloke. Fix price job too longer than expected, and he offered to come back and complete job in own time.
