"Please be careful painting your k-it needs to be a mineral based breathable paint .
If the elevation/ panel is north facing these are more prone to bacterial, fungus, yeast and other mould species.
Use a water based brick and masonry biocides cleaner specifically targeting algae species for cleaning."

"There is no such product that will clean it properly. Also by cleaning it's possible it'll alter the colour of the area.
The best option is to paint the whole area."

"You can get algae paint from K rend that will sort out the green in the algae and you can also get a colour coat that you paint on to replenish the K rend"
