"Please be careful painting your k-it needs to be a mineral based breathable paint .
If the elevation/ panel is north facing these are more prone to bacterial, fungus, yeast and other mould species.
Use a water based brick and masonry biocides cleaner specifically targeting algae species for cleaning."

"There is no such product that will clean it properly. Also by cleaning it's possible it'll alter the colour of the area.
The best option is to paint the whole area."

"One of the best ways to clean k-rend and the way a lot of companies do is using hypochlorite which is a strong bleach which you can apply and then you jet was it off and it will remove most or all of the algae which is the black mould"
