Is an EPDM rubber roof safe to walk on?

Is an EPDM rubber roof safe to walk on? Is it more slippery than most roof types or anything I should be aware of, specific to walking on this type of roof? Of course, I always take safety precautious if walking on my roof as it is. Thank you.

"Yes to an extent. EPDM is designed to take LIGHT foot traffic during installation and for occasional cleaning or maintenance. If you require more use than this, i.e. for a balcony then there are additional materials that can be laid over your EPDM for a more durable solution."
