How can I safely see if a rail and safety glass can be fitted around a single story extension, along with decking and double doors to replace window (so there will be an exit and entrance onto the new roof space) how much would this likely cost?

"You will need planning for this and need to check if the roof would support the extra weight , also what roof covering have you got ,if 3 layer mineral felt this does not last long and would be difficult to replace. If ashfelt I would not use decking you could lay some nice tiles."
