    induction cooktop power

    Handymen

Will an induction cooktop work if the power goes out? Does it depend on the type of induction cooktop/brand/product in particular?

"Induction cookers are powered by electricity, regardless of brand.
In the event of a power cut, they will not work."

"It does not work without electricity. Connections must be very tight, if loosely connected there is a risk of fire."
